I like to have the overall project as a proper to do in outlook, and then smaller components - like Get client to sign XYZ as a Onenote to do with no date attached - just a regular tag so I don't miss a smaller step. I was thinking along the lines of Dimming all tasks due in more than 90 days so they don't pull when I run my to do list.
